Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds apply to subscriptions purchased for Komercia and our related software products (the "Service"). We want you to feel confident before you pay, which is why we offer a free trial so you can evaluate the Service at no cost.
1. Free Trial
We offer a free trial period that lets you use the Service without charge and without entering payment details. The trial is your opportunity to confirm that the Service meets your needs before any payment is made. We encourage you to use it fully before subscribing to a paid plan.
2. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the billing period you select (monthly or annual). Because you can evaluate the Service in full during the free trial, paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for periods that remain unused after you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not generate a refund for time already paid.
3. When We May Issue a Refund
We will review refund requests fairly and may issue a refund at our discretion, including in cases such as:
- A duplicate or accidental charge.
- A technical failure on our side that prevents you from using a paid feature and that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time.
- Any case where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Payments for the Service are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Paddle. The time it takes for a refunded amount to appear depends on your payment provider.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or ask about a charge, contact us at the email below with your account email and the approximate date of the charge. You may also contact Paddle directly for billing questions, since Paddle is the Merchant of Record for your purchase.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
